Born and raised in Saint Paul, Minnesota, Tasha and her twin brother were the oldest of five children. As a result, she naturally took on a significant amount of responsibility caring for her three younger siblings. From a young age, Tasha has been deeply passionate about helping others. At 16, she began working as a nanny for a family with three young children, all diagnosed with autism. During her time with this family, Tasha gained valuable experience and knowledge, which fueled her desire to make helping others her life's work. Over the years, she has stayed in touch with the family and continues to be reminded of the positive impact she had on their lives.

In 2010, Tasha moved to California to attend UC Santa Barbara, where she ran track and field and studied exercise science. After college, however, she decided not to pursue a career in exercise science. Instead, she continued following her passion for helping others, working as a nanny for different families before transitioning into a position in education.

Now balancing life as a new mother, Tasha remains dedicated to caring for others and building meaningful relationships. She joined the Level Up team in late 2024. In her free time, Tasha enjoys making memories with her baby, photography, hiking, painting, exploring new places, and, of course, enjoying the California weather.
